After deciding to dress my friend Dan up
as a hobbit for Trilogy Tuesday, it was
only natural to make his girlfriend a hobbit costume as well. She and I
discussed it and decided to make an outfit inspired by Rosie
Cotton's FOTR birthday-party ensemble. It's blue-tiful!
